Shopping Basics

What are your shipping and return policies?
Shipping is free within the US, other countries are $10 for up to 50 pieces, $20 for under 100 pieces, and $0.25 per piece for over 100 pieces. In countries where we can ship with the DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do the customs clearance and no duties for you（except Canada）.

Country lists of Europe DDP Method: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain. Shipments to European countries except the UK will be cleared in Germany and shipped to other European countries from Germany.

• UK –  Local DPD Express
• Europe – UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express

How can l track my order?

Please allow 1 – 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

Payments

We currently accept payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), direct bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, Stripe and USDT. We can not receive the Cash.

In countries where we can ship with the DDP (Delivery duty paid) Method, it doesn’t request you do the customs clearance, and no duties for you. They will be safely shipped to you

Order prices include all taxes, including customs duties (except Canada & Switzerland).

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Under normal circumstances, the refund will be refunded directly to your bank card, and it will take about 3~15 days. The specific time is mainly subject to the processing time of your local bank.

How Can l Cancel Or Change My Order?

Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00 pm (PDT.-7 GMT) on the same day from the order being placed.
